Entrepreneurship and Business Association LINK was established in 2001 with support of a project implemented by COSPE, an Italian NVO. For that reason, from the very beginning of its operation, this Association introduced an operational model based on the progressive European associations supporting development of entrepreneurship. The Association is registered as an association of citizens with the Ministry of Justice and Administration of Hercegovina-Neretva Canton in Mostar as of 17. April 2001.

Today, LINK is a stable, self-sustainable and respectable organisation recognised and appreciated both locally and abroad.

Main operational objective of the Association is to support development and establishment of production and qualified service enterprises in the territory of Herzegovina.

It gathers privately owned enterprises as well as other citizens planning to start up or to improve their business. Currently, the Association has 279 members, majority of which are independent entrepreneurs, micro and small enterprises.

The Association operates by the following principles:

* Democratic structure,

* Represents all its members/enterprises,

* Voluntary accession.

The Association offers business consulting services through its Service Centre. Internal organisation and its technical and human resources are managed in lieu with requirements of a dynamic development with a constant care for the maintenance and improvement of the quality of implemented projects and services offered.
